• This is a question that many a golfer contemplate from beginners to professionals. Common sense may dictate that it's best to practice with all of your clubs evenly to become a well rounded golfer. And to be honest, there is some validity to this. The only problem is the AMOUNT of swings you have to take in order to practice effectively with each club. In any given bag we have a Driver, Fairway Woods, Irons(5,6,7,8,9) Wedges(PW, SW) and finally the putter. We are looking at between 10-14 clubs. If we...

  • We at Ropeit Golf are proud to have the most enthusiastic and loyal fans. We encourage people to create and share content of their Rope it experience for others to enjoy and learn from. Through this effort we spread the word about Ropeit and reach new golfers. Recently, one of our international fans sent us a video of him using Ropeit and he even wrote a catchy jingle to describe his experience. Enjoy!

  • This training program is a great way for a beginner to ingrain the basics of the golf swing, but even the accomplished golfer will benefit from this program. It is perfect for use with the RopeIt training aid, especially if you are worried about embarrassing yourself at a driving range. It is assumed that you know how to properly grip the club, and setup to the golf ball. Google “golf grip and setup” if you need help with the grip and setup, or better yet, see a PGA teaching professional...

  • Breaking 90 is one of the biggest milestones in every golfer’s career. From my own observations, and a lot of pickup games, I would have to say that most golfers are struggling to break 100 let alone 90. That leaves 50 percent that cannot consistently break 100, and 75 percent that cannot consistently break 90. This article is for the 75 percent of...

  • The best thing about the RopeIt is that it let’s you know if you hit a good golf shot. You can feel a good solid strike of the ball, and you can see the line of flight the ball would have taken. While there is nothing like hitting a ball when you have the space, this is the next best thing.    As an alignment aid: By stretching the RopeIt line you create an alignment aid, where you can set up your club face to point down the line and make your swing down...

  • This training program assumes you know how to properly grip the club, and setup to the golf ball. Google “golf grip and setup” if you need help. You will be performing the L to L drill. If you are not familiar with the drill, just Google “golf L to L drill”. There are a lot of links that will demonstrate how to do it properly. I recommend checking out a few of them as there are a few differences in what some feel is important. At the start of each session you will be...
